Wolverhampton Wanderers sign Crystal Palace goalkeeper Sam Johnstone on a four-year deal for £10m.
It comes after Wolves were priced out of a move for Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, who is close to joining Southampton, having made a loan bid with an option to buy for around £20m.
"It's finding the right balance between the level of investment, what it adds to the squad and what it enables us to do for the rest of the squad." He was stripped of his No. 1 jersey just before the campaign with Dean Henderson now boss Oliver Glasner's preferred goalkeeper at Selhurst Park.
