The San Antonio Brahmas punched a ticket to the UFL Championship game, delivering one of their most complete games of the season to beat the St. Louis Battlehawks 25-15 on Sunday in St. Louis . The Brahmas will return to the Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis next week, meeting the Birmingham Stallions for the UFL title at 4 p.m. Sunday. San Antonio racked up season highs with 410 total yards and 213 rushing yards.
Louis notched a field goal to make the score 13-3 at halftime, McFarland delivered the longest rushing play in the UFL this season, breaking free up the middle for a 61-yard touchdown to put the Brahmas ahead 19-3 early in the third quarter. The Battlehawks found some life on their next possession, as Hakeem Butler’s 26-yard catch up the left sideline on fourth-and-5 set up a short touchdown connection from quarterback A.J.
