Investigators are seeking public tips about three of four suspects in the case. SAN JOSE — Police have released surveillance images from the February robbery of a San Jose cannabis dispensary in search of public tips that will help them find three remaining suspects in the crime, authorities said.
An initial investigation found that three people forced their way inside and stole several items while a fourth person stood outside. Police said when they tried to drive away from the site, they were confronted by security guards, which prompted someone inside the vehicle to fire one shot at them with a handgun.
San Jose robbery detectives later identified one suspect, who was arrested in San Francisco on May 28. During the arrest, police served a search warrant at the person’s home and seized a stolen handgun, ammunition and multiple stolen vehicle license plates.
