Jadon Sancho has sent a message of encouragement to Donny van de Beek after the Dutchman's farewell post to Manchester United supporters.
The 27-year-old arrived at United as one of Europe's hottest prospects but failed to gain regular playing time due to lack of form and injury issues. "Thank you to everyone at the club for making us feel at home. A special thanks to all the fans that made these years unforgettable. Besides the football, the birth of our two children here ensures that Manchester will always have a special place in our hearts. Good luck to everybody, we’ll meet again.
The future of Sancho himself is far from certain after the player's public fallout with Erik ten Hag last season, which resulted in the winger being frozen out of the first-team squad.
