Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders' office says the U.S. and state flags will be flown at half-staff to honor former U.S. Sen. David Pryor, who also served as governor of Arkansas. In her order Monday, Sanders wrote that “David Pryor’s legacy lives on in Arkansas state government, in federal legislation, at the University of Arkansas, and through the kindness and hospitality of his family.” He will lie in state Friday at the state Capitol during the day, with a visitation in the evening at a funeral home in Little Rock. A celebration of his life will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, followed by his burial at Mount Holly Cemetery.
