An estate agent has listed 'Santa's Grotto' up for sale in a Greater Manchester village for £252,525. The property, found on 'Lapland Way, Cheadle', is said to boast a 'state-of-the-art toy-making facility' and 'room for live-in Elves'. The listing also states the home has 'space for an all-weather sleigh' and 'stables that board eight live-in reindeer, plus a bonus stall for red-nosed company'.
But unfortunately, this dream festive house in Greater Manchester isn't actually real, with local estate agent Steve Litt just wanting to spread some Christmas cheer. The estate agent listing for the property reads: 'A winter lover’s paradise nestled on Lapland Way. The property includes Santa’s main living quarters, a community of tiny elf homes, a state-of-the-art toy-making facility, garage with space for an all-weather sleigh and stables that board eight live-in reindeer, plus a bonus stall for red-nosed company. 'The home, constructed in the 1800s, is steeped in Old World charm but thanks to a recent renovation, offers modern-day amenities. Find a floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace for roasting chestnuts in the living room.' The estate agent then added: ' Disclaimer this is not real property.
