Sanya Lopez turned emotional while talking about her late father, who died when she was just a year old
On Friday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Sanya said she’s always dreamt of having her dad around.
“Actually, nagtatampo ako kay Daddy. Parang lumaki kasi kaming walang tatay. Naramdaman ko, ‘Ah, ang swerte niyo naman kasi may Tatay kayo. Naramdaman niyo paano alagaan ng isang tatay," she admitted.Despite the feeling, Sanya said she now understands what happened. She has also instilled in her mind that her father is always on her side.
“Kung nasa’n ako, alam ko nandiyan ka palagi at alam kong ginagabayan mo ako. Maraming salamat sa’yo kasi naiintindihan ko na,” she said when asked about her message to her dad. “May rason din pala kung ba’t ka nawala. Masakit sa umpisa na nawala ka pero sana nakita mo yung success na meron kami ni Kuya and proud pa rin akong naging daddy kita. Thank you, Daddy.”,” which will premiere soon. It also stars Gabbi Garcia and Kylie Padilla, among others.
