The 24-year-old, who has scored six goals in his 16 Championship appearances for Watford this season, is one of seven forwards selected by Aliou Cisse alongside the likes of Bayern Munich star Sadio Mane and Sheffield United’s Iliman Ndiaye.
Senegal are in Group A in Qatar and kick-off their tournament with an eye-catching game against the Netherlands on November 21. They then take on Ecuador on November 25 before finishing their group games against hosts Qatar on November 29.
