Morgan stated that connectivity-related incidents are becoming increasingly malicious, with an uptick in discussions regarding submarines intercepting traffic by sitting near cables. He also explained that submarine cable users with antennas and other backup equipment can restore communications within 15 minutes through a satellite network.
