The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Philippines have signed an agreement on the upcoming arrangements for the annual Islamic pilgrimage or Hajj.
This came after Saudi’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah signed with various countries, including the Philippines, a number of pacts for the Hajj season 1444 AH at the sidelines of the four-day Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition .The agreement includes the allocated quota, outlets and means of arrival and departure for visitors as well as organizational instructions that enhance the safety and comfort of the pilgrims from their preparation to departure from Saudi.
“It brought together more than 57 countries, and 70 speakers and experts, with the participation of 200 companies specialized in the Hajj and Umrah sector, and the presence of more than 60 thousand visitors to the exhibition,” it added
