Cleveland Guardians Brayan Rocchio and Tyler Freeman had a scary outfield collision during their game vs. the Texas Rangers on Tuesday.

With Texas trailing 6-3, Adolis Garcia blooped a high pop into shallow centerfield. Guardians shortstop Brayan Rocchio, sprinting out into center, and centerfielder Tyler Freeman, running in towards the infield, were both in the hunt to make the play. Unfortunately, both had eyes up toward the sky and apparently couldn’t hear the other calling for the ball.The two collided, face-first, in the shallow outfield, both hitting the ground after and staying down for the next several minutes.
Freeman, incredibly, held on to make the catch and retire Adolis Garcia. Perhaps even more incredibly: both players remained in the game.
