'You've left a hole in our lives that cannot be filled'
Heart-breaking floral tributes have been left near the scene of a violent assault that led to death of much-loved 25-year-old.
Flowers and emotional handwritten tributes have now been left near the scene on Clifton Square, with his devastated friends penning: "To our Guthers, ADA Shaggy, AKA Blackpool hooligan, AKA TikTok star. You've left a hole in our lives that cannot be filled."We are thinking of you forever. You truly were one of a kind. We hope you've got your Scottish haven and learning play bagpipes as we know you idolised the Scots.
"He followed the Pool all over the country with my son and sat with us on Row R in Block B of the North Stand. Matthew had just renewed his season ticket and had begun making plans with my son to visit grounds this season they hadn't been to. Police arrested a 20-year-old man initially on suspicion of section 18 grievous bodily harm and re-arrested him on suspicion of manslaughter. He has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
