Severe weather on Thursday is already prompting some school districts to announce closures for Friday.This list of districts will be updated as changes are announced.SUGGESTED: School closures for ThursdayCleveland ISD will be closed on Friday, May 3.Splendora ISD will be closed on Friday, May 3.Dayton ISD will be closed on Friday, May 3. All after-school activities on Friday will be canceled.Livington ISD will remain closed on Friday, May 3. Classes are expected to resume on Mon, May 6.
The status of extracurricular activities will be communicated on the district website and social media pages.Montgomery ISD will be closed on Friday, May 3.Willis ISD will be closed on Friday, May 3.New Caney ISD and all district schools will be closed on Friday, May 3. Also, all extracurricular activities scheduled for Thursday, May 2, and Friday, May 3, have been postponed until further notice.
