A SCHOOLGIRL bullied a seven-year-old boy into having sex with her in a school bathroom yards away from their teacher, a lawsuit has claimed.
He was also allegedly coerced into having sex with the little girl before they all returned to their seats at Shalimar Elementary School in Florida. The lawsuit states the boy “was forced by a male student and a female student to enter a restroom that was located inside classroom. The boy’s family is seeking compensation for issues including “current and future emotional distress, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, mental anguish, and medical, therapeutic, and psychiatric expenses.
