RAAC was used in construction from the 1950s until the mid-1990s

Schools in Lancashire and Cumbria have been affected by the concrete crisis which has put buildings at risk of collapse.

The other 104 are currently scrambling to put safety measures in place to stay open, the BBC reports.But more schools may be affected by RAAC. Back in June, a report by the National Audit Office assessed that 572 schools had been identified where RAAC might be present.
