A SECOND attempt to win permission to demolish a former Glasgow convent and replace it with luxury flats is under way.
Surplus Property Solutions want to knock down the empty building on Mansionhead Road in Langside and build a five-story block that includes 16 apartments and a roof terrace, as well as fully landscaping the surrounding grounds. “Proposals prioritise amenity space, both communal and private, with the integration of a large rooftop area and extensive balconies for every home within the development.”
