Forecasters have warned of a wet few days ahead, with the heaviest predicted for Scotland.
Scotland is set to be hit by stormy weather this week as a band of rain is forecast to sweep over the UK.
While this system will have migrated away from Scotland, a second is due to bring more rain on Thursday, mostly concentrated in the west, with conditions not expected to clear completely until Friday. This system has not yet been named by forecasters, which is only done when it prompts an amber or red weather warning of heavy flooding, structure damage and prolonged travel disruption. The Met Office has said the upcoming weather front will likely not be named.
