A Glasgow school has been crowned State Secondary School of the Year, according to new rankings.
A Glasgow secondary school has been named the best in Scotland, according to the Sunday Times' annual league table.
The school has consistently topped the Sunday Times league tables for academic performance in Scotland for the past seven years, reports Glasgow Live. The school's rector, John Anderson, feels that this a key part of Jordanhill's consistent success at the top of the Sunday Times' league table since 1993. He strongly believes his school fosters a strong work ethic, and pupils are quick to learn resilience needed to overcome setbacks.
