in a Scottish town is set to go up for auction at a bargain price - but there's a catch. The flat is being sold by Prime Property Auctions, who have offered a guide price of just £5,000.
Especially since one-bedroom properties in the surrounding location have recently sold for over £50,000.The flat needs a revamp as it's more of a fixer-upper and not in a complete state. The ceilings are also caved in, with wires and electrical outlets hanging from the sides. Experts at Prime Property Auctions have said that the property is also located in a prime spot in the town.
