Experts at Moneyboat have created a comprehensive index revealing the most affordable cities for a romantic Valentine’s getaway, based on factors such as the number of budget romantic hotels and the number of affordable couples’ activities. Edinburgh is known for its historic cobbled streets and breathtaking views. Arthur's Seat is a popular walking destination amongst couples, offering sweeping views out over the cityscape to enjoy with your partner.
Glasgow was also found to have six wallet-friendly spa breaks to unwind with your partner. In total, the city includes 372 budget-friendly couple activities according to Moneyboat.
