From its picturesque grounds and gardens to its magnificent and historic rooms, it is without a doubt worth checking out.
After you've finished exploring Crathes Castle and its lovely grounds, you can take a scenic walk into Banchory for some mouthwatering food and drink. Scott Skinner's Bar and Restaurant in particular comes highly recommended if you are after a yummy meal in comfy surroundings.
