Calon Blacklock, eight, from Cumnock, was riding his bike in the Ayrshire town when he tumbled off on May 13.
A Scots schoolboy who nearly died during a horror fall from his bike has reunited with paramedics who helped save his life.
Crews attended and the youngster was found seriously injured. He was airlifted to Glasgow Children’s Hospital, where he was admitted for six days. Six months on, Calon was reunited with his hero medics during a tour at the SAS's ScotSTAR base. His mum Barbara said it was lovely to meet the crew and thank them again in person.
