A husband has hit out after his wife and daughter were trapped inside a car wash leaving his motor stuck there for nine days
. The rollers at Morrisons’ car wash in Newlands, Glasgow, went haywire, battering Kenny Macfarlane’s Honda CR-V on both sides and clamping it in place.
“The big pillar on the right smashed through the drivers’ door and pinned the car. The pillar on the left has sheared and it’s come flying across and battered the car. He said: “They were sitting in the car freaking out, screaming, wondering what was happening and thinking, ‘someone must know we’re here’, but nobody did.
