A farmer who shot a dog dead while it was on its owner’s lead after it chased his sheep has been cleared of endangering life.Bone, 64, was accused of recklessly discharging a shotgun after the incident near Lamlash on the Isle of Arran in April 2019 but ­Kilmarnock sheriff Colin Bissett ruled he had no case to answer.
