Debbie Gilmour, from Johnstone, said that not has her physical health improved after losing weight, but so has her mental health alongside her quality of life.
“I had tried lots of different diets in the past and nothing worked. I then received a Slimming World leaflet through my door and decided to give it a go. The 30-year-old is also now able to do everyday tasks such as tie her shoelaces and play with her children. “I can now go to the gym and feel confident. I have learnt how to skip with skipping ropes, I can now go for long walks without being in a lot of pain.
