A Scots mum who used sunbeds for 26 years has issued a stark warning over the use of the tanning lamps after cancer was found 'in cites all over her body'. Nicola McFadden, 42, from Glasgow , began using the devices when she was just 16. She says she was unaware of the dangers associated with the beds until she found a lump on her leg last year, which made her 'blood run cold.

'Nearly 90% of Melanomas are thought to be caused by exposure to UV light and Sunlight and young people who regularly use tanning beds are eight times more likely to develop Melanoma compared to those who have never used them.
