A Scots nurse has shared impressive transformation pictures after dropping more than six stone
Joanne Bell, who works at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, says she feels happier than ever after shedding the weight, which held her back from playing with her grandchildren and keeping active during the day.
The gran has hailed the help she received from both NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Weight Watchers on her weight loss journey, and has noticed significant changes in her health and wellbeing. “I didn’t hold out much hope in actually sticking to my plan with Weight Watchers and thought I would lose the usual few stone and then give up and put the weight back on, but this time it was completely different.”
“Joining the weight watchers community was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Everyone is extremely friendly and bounce ideas off each other to stay on track.
