Pucca, a Lhasa Apso, was attacked in Glasgow by a mastiff or Akita-type animal
A dog has been left 'terrified of her own shadow' after she was attacked by another larger pooch that bit down on her skull and left her with grievous injuries.
Pucca's owner, Allan Hamilton, claims the dog and its keeper ran away following the incident, taking no responsibility for what happened. He told Glasgow Live that his beloved pet may not regain her sight after she underwent surgery at the Small Animal Hospital in Bearsden. Dog wardens and the police have been contacted, but Allan is nervous the same dog will pounce again. And Pucca, described as a "loving dog who wouldn't hurt a fly", is now shaken and scared to go outside again.
