Officers from Police Scotland raced to March Crescent in Anstruther , Fife, at around 1.40pm this afternoon, October 4. Cops executed a warrant at a property on the residential street in the Fife town.Pictures from the scene show a police van parked, with an officer standing guard at the junction, with a blue 'road closed' sign next to the uniformed officer. Another image shows two police vans parked and blocking the road.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 1.40pm on Friday, 4 October, officers attended at a property in the March Crescent area of Anstruther to execute a warrant.
“A disturbance is ongoing and a cordon has been put in place. There is no threat to the general public.”
