Robyn Goldie told teachers she came home and found her mum on the couch with a stranger.
A tragic schoolgirl found her mother and a man in an 'inappropriate situation' in their home, an inquiry heard.She passed the information on to staff at her school who flagged it as causing concern for her welfare.
Pamela Ferry, a pupil support teacher, told Hamilton Sheriff Court issues over Robyn's home life had been highlighted in 2017. Asked by Scott Blair, advocate for North Lanarkshire Council, if Goldie and the man were in an 'inappropriate situation', Ferry replied: "Yes." Ferry said Robyn 'stood out' when she joined the school and thought she wore 'too much makeup' for a child her age.
