A man from Scotland has gone missing after going fishing, raising concerns for his safety. Fraser Allan was last seen on Burnshouse Drive, Whitburn on Monday, December 2nd, around 11:30 AM, before heading to fish near Loch Lubhair , Crainlarich. His vehicle was found in the area, but he has not been seen since. Fraser Allan, 43, is described as approximately 5ft 2in tall with dark greying hair, a beard, and arm tattoos depicting Star Wars, the Joker, and Deadpool.
