Lieutenant Commander Edgardo Aguilar of the Philippine Coast Guard Station in Masbate said all trips of roll-on-roll-off and cargo vessels in the mainland province going to the Visayas resumed at 5 a.m.PCG Bicol said in a report that as of 8 a.m., 1,918 passengers, 368 rolling cargoes, and eight vessels were still stranded in ports in Albay and Sorsogon.
Martin Espayos, information officer of the Schools Division Office of Department of Education Masbate, said classes in the province resumed except in Ticao and Burias Islands.
