The rap icon has focused his energy on multiple philanthropic efforts throughout the pandemic to help those in need In April of 2020 at the outset of the pandemic, Diddy presided over The Team Love Dance-A-Thon, an Instagram live fundraising event that raised more than $3.4 million to help the nonprofit organizations Team Love and Direct Relief provide humanitarian help to those impacted by coronavirus. Among the celebs that participated in the event included Drake, Jennifer Lopez and LeBron James, among others.
