In the letter, obtained by CNN, attorneys told the court Combs "is not a risk of flight or a danger to anyone in the community." "Sean Combs led and participated in a racketeering conspiracy that used the business empire he controlled to carry out criminal activity, including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and the obstruction of justice," he added.
Prosecutors added Combs required "supplies" for the performances including IV fluids, lubricants and lighting. He would also allegedly subject victims to "physical, emotional and verbal abuse" while threatening to take away financial support or housing. Items included AR-15 rifles, ammunition, a large capacity drum magazine and electronic devices with evidence of the "freak offs."
