Finn Riach, 15, was last seen on Monday night in the village of Plains, North Lanarkshire. Police have now launched an appeal to find the missing teenager.

Finn Riach was last seen on Monday around 8pm on Main Street, in Plains and concern is growing for the teen, with officers sharing a public appeal for help.

Finn is described as white, 5ft7 and has long blonde hair and a slim build, and was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, black sunglasses, black hoodie and blue jeans.READ MORE: Scotland fan from Glasgow dies on Euros trip as tributes paid to 'wonderful guy' A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "If you have any information that can assist in tracing Finn, please contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 3560 of 17th June 2024."

UPDATE: Finn has been found, police have confirmed. A spokesperson added: "Thanks to everyone who shared our appeal."
