Image of the " Kissing Thief " in action as captured by surveillance cameras. The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office is looking for a so-called " Kissing Thief " and her getaway driver after a Bremerton man was lured to help a woman and baby only to be kissed, hugged, and mugged.
73-year-old Nelson DeJuan of Bremerton said he was lured by a woman in a parked SUV when he heard a baby crying and her calling out to him for help. "She is using that intimate unwanted contact to confuse people, so she can steal from them," McCarty said.
