The menDepartment of Energy and Environmental Protection EnCon Police said they located the body of one man around 12:10 p.m. on Friday. The men have been identified by DEEP as 25-year-old Ian Duchemin, of Oakdale, and 24-year-old Ryan Britagna, of Waterford.
