A Dartmouth College student who was found dead in the Connecticut River may have been the victim of 'hazing.'Won Jang, 20, was last seen by friends around 9:30 p.m. Saturday while attending an informal social gathering by the Ledyard Canoe Club.After failing to show up for an engagement the next day, he was reported missing to the Hanover police.
