is expected in a Houston courtroom on Tuesday for a hearing related to his 9-year-old securities fraud case.

The conditions of the proposed agreement, according to Plohetski - Paxton would likely have to perform community service, take legal education courses and pay a six-figure restitution. The attorney general would not have to enter a plea and if conditions were met, charges would be dismissed.
