A man who attacked a security guard was shot and killed by another security guard Tuesday morning near a Metro station in East Hollywood, according to authorities.
The stabbing and shooting were reported in the 1500 block of North Vermont Avenue at a Metro station. Authorities received a call about a security guard who had been stabbed in the leg."This morning, Metro Contract Security encountered a trespasser during a routine security sweep of an ancillary area of the Vermont/Sunset Station," Metro said in a statement.
