A SECURITY situation that has hit Glasgow Airport leaving passengers queuing is a “UK-wide” incident.
We previously reported airport passengers have been demanding answers about apparent delays in security.
Now, Glasgow Airport has confirmed that “additional temporary security measures” have been put in place by the UK Border Force.cops were checking travellers passports manually and they queued for over an hour.It is understood the issue is being faced UK-wide.A spokesperson for Glasgow Airport said: “Additional temporary security measures have been put in place by UK Border Force.
