It's still really boxy, but the G63's grille, bumpers, and A-pillars have all been tweaked.Mercedes has also installed this very subtle spoiler on the leading edge of the roof to help direct air up and over the G63.The cabin has been upgraded with MBUX infotainment, heated and cooled cupholders, and a wireless charging pad.In the back, Mercedes will offer an upgraded rear-seat entertainment system with dual 11.6-inch touchscreens that can stream video and browse the web.
A new hydraulic adaptive suspension system is now optional on the G63, which is said to help the SUV with both on- and off-road driving.The new suspension system can help reduce body roll during handling maneuvers but also help improve wheel articulation when traversing uneven terrain.A 48-volt hybrid system has been added to the twin-turbo V-8 engine, but horsepower and torque figures remain the same as last year's model.
