Selena Gomez, 31, revealed the official title of the new Wizards of Waverly Place spinoff series on Tuesday. After she unveiled the title, Disney shared first look images from the new show on InstagramIt was revealed that the Love On singer would only be appearing in the show on a guest star basis but will be serving as an executive producer.
According to a synopsis from Disney, the new series will follow 'an adult Justin Russo, who has chosen to lead a normal, mortal life with his family, Giada, Roman and Milo.'The show then follows Justin as he 'realizes he must dust off his magical skills to mentor the wizard-in-training while also juggling his everyday responsibilities — and safeguarding the future of the Wizard World.
At the ABC and Disney Upfronts event in New York City, the actress said she was 'very excited' to announce the title of the revival show — Wizards Beyond Waverly Place. 'Sometimes, something magical happens when you do get to go home again,' she said
