The truck driver connected to a November 2023 crash that killed six people in Licking County has been indicted on 26 counts, according to court documents.
LICKING COUNTY, Ohio -
CBS affiliate WBNS reports 61-year-old Jacob McDonald was indicted by a Licking County grand jury Wednesday. Court documents show the 26 counts include six counts of vehicular homicide, nine counts of vehicular assault and 11 counts of assault.The charges are in connection to the November 2023 crash that killed three high school students and three adult chaperones.
