NSW seniors minister Jodie Harrison said the government wanted to offer as many discounts as possible as the rising cost of living was a problem.

"If there are any other businesses that want to partner with the NSW government to provide discounts for seniors I'm all ears," Harrison said.Senior Warren Smith said the four cent discount on fuel would make a huge difference to all seniors. The discount means seniors will save about $2 a tank when purchasing about $50 litres of fuel at $1.70.
