Area/Location: Cape Town South AfricaOur client is looking for an experienced and dedicated ServiceNow Developers to join their teamAgile, customer-oriented development of ServiceNow applications and interfaces using JavaScript and HTML/CSS, from concept drafting to qualified documentation.
Assist in the rollout of new ServiceNow applications and modules.Conduct technical analysis on ServiceNow applications and modules.Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus. Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems, including data loading, manipulation, and maintenance.Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of the application.Certified ServiceNow Administrator required; Certified Application Developer or Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist is a plus. Experience with ServiceNow implementations of ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management, or other ITSM applications.Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system. System integration experience using web services and web-based technologies like XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP.Good working knowledge of JavaScript or comparable web technologies.Knowledge of agile software development .Desired Skills:
