“This streamlined approach not only simplifies parking for residents but also enhances convenience and efficiency across our parking areas.The changes are valid at King Street, Churchill Way, Sumner Street, Ecroyd Street, East Street, Leyland Railway Station and Hope Terrace in Lostock Hall.
