Severn Trent assures customers of uninterrupted service during the holidays, emphasizing 24/7 availability for repairs and assistance.

Severn Trent will be working 24/7 over the holidays to fix any issues and help customers so we can ‘weather the winter together’. The Christmas break is a time of celebration and joy, so, to make sure everyone can enjoy their time with family, friends and loved ones, Severn Trent ’s teams will be available to lend a helping hand.
