A new nationwide study has revealed as many as 86 per cent of us now regularly struggle to drift off. But the research has revealed the top 20 natural sleep inducers in the modern age – and counting sheep or mugs of Horlicks did not make the cut.
A mindful 16 per cent say stretching or yoga is a great way to feel sleepy, while ten per cent practice mindful breathing and 13 per cent feel you can’t beat a cuddle with your partner, according to the survey by Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland
