DAVAO CITY—Certain sexual problems may point to an underlying medical condition that should be treated early by disclosing them to a physician, a urologist at the Southern Philippines Medical Center said.

“Those symptoms are not symptoms that you would only laugh about. They are symptoms of uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension for some of our men,” Travilla said. “When we interview the patients, we ask them about their urination but they have no problem then they would tell us their true concern,” Travilla said.
